What this policy covers

This policy explains what Brainchild Technologies does with information collected through brainchildit.com. It applies to visitors to this website.

It does not cover information we handle on behalf of clients under a managed services, advisory or professional services agreement. That information is governed by the contract between us and by any data processing terms attached to it, not by this policy.

If you subscribe to receive our written pieces, we collect your email address.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for payment information through this website.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this website. We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do use analytics cookies, described below.

This website uses cookies set by HubSpot, the customer relationship management platform we use to manage inquiries. They tell us which pages people read and, if someone later contacts us, which pages they read first. That helps us understand what is useful and what is not.

Where it goes

Inquiries submitted through this website are sent to HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform we use to manage and respond to them. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

If you subscribe to our written pieces, your email address is held in the same system.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for three years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our written pieces at any time using the link in any message we send.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contactus@brainchildit.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
