As Chief Growth Officer, Jayla leads how Brainchild Technologies positions itself, reaches the right audiences, and turns that into real conversations with executives, boards, procurement teams and community leaders.
She brings more than a decade of customer-facing experience at Emory Healthcare and Progressive, and three years in public-facing government operations. Healthcare and government are two of the sectors this firm serves, and she has worked inside both. She knows how a message sounds to the person receiving it, which is a different thing from knowing how to write one.
Jayla holds a bachelor's degree in communications and is currently completing an MBA. Her background also includes project management and inbound marketing.
