As Chief of Staff, Halimah keeps the firm aligned and moving. She turns priorities into action, coordinates across client engagements and internal operations, and makes sure decisions and commitments do not lose momentum between the meeting and the work.
Before joining Brainchild she spent four years in retail leadership as a floor supervisor and lead, managing people, resolving problems in real time and balancing competing priorities. She also brings technical support experience, which means she understands how a technology problem feels to the person on the other end of it.
